An unarmed man was fatally shot in a broad daylight ambush during a dispute over a parking spot at a North Lauderdale Walmart on Tuesday.
62-year-old Bart Diguglielmo was shot by a woman during an argument over a parking space.
The unidentified shooter is claiming self-defense. Diguglielmo was not armed.
Diguglielmo's family said he was a Christian man and a decorated veteran who served in Desert Storm in the Army National Guard.
The shooting was captured on a Tesla cam and cell phone camera.

A man who was shot by a woman during what authorities said was a dispute over a parking space at a North Lauderdale Walmart has died, officials said.
The Broward Sheriff's Office said Wednesday that 62-year-old Bart Diguglielmo of Lauderhill died from his injuries.
The incident happened shortly before 12:30 p.m. Tuesday outside the store at 7900 W. McNab Road.
A witness captured the shooting on a cell phone video and cameras from a nearby Tesla showed the fatal incident unfold.

What would a cop do?
A cop wouldn’t have jumped out of the car with a gun in hand. A cop would have attempted to calm the man down if he was angry. A cop wouldn’t have used his firearm in this situation.
She’ll probably be released and awarded a huge civil amount for the stress she endured.
I have to say "kneejerk" describes you in two ways.
why didnt she leave the area? there was no reason she should stay there and shoot. she could have gone into any store for help, called police.
Self defense when she didnt really try to leave the scene herself does NOT make sense in my mind. she doesn’t have a right mind to be holding a gun.
Negros and Walmart, just sounds like you better be armed to go there.

Actually he disengaged so she thought it was over, then he came back and kept stalking her as she retreated and warned him. Sorry, but this guy kept walking up to her while she was pointing a gun at him.
He should have called the cops about her pulling a gun instead of re-engaging.

Arguing about a parking spot? At a Walmart? With a woman?
Does he ‘deserve’ to get shot? No. Not at all.
Was he acting stupidly? Yes.
They definitely take over all the handicap spots in front of Walmart.
And then hop out and stroll in with no visible ailments.
I watched one park handicap at my grocery store just yesterday...got out and started walking with a limp......by the time she got to the front door she was walking perfectly fine.
In general handicap parking placards have become a scam.....a certain ethnicity has perfected it.
Nope, the video does not support anything you say. An UNARMED person walking towards you does not constitute a reasonable threat, your comment is insane, alot of people would be dead by your idiocy.
Also the video does not show any evidence he was a threat, you are a sick person.
