An unarmed man was fatally shot in a broad daylight ambush during a dispute over a parking spot at a North Lauderdale Walmart on Tuesday. 62-year-old Bart Diguglielmo was shot by a woman during an argument over a parking space. The unidentified shooter is claiming self-defense. Diguglielmo was not armed.
