Agree the WOD isn't working, but I'm really afraid outright legalization would be equally as bad. I'd like to see drugs decriminalized but still illegal to sell. In other words if you can grow it or make it for yourself for use in your own home.............fine. Don't bring it out and don't think you can drive or fly or operate dangerous machinery while stoned. If you do then I think you should go to jail for a LONG, LONG time.
