Joe Biden's delusions: excerpts from his campaign's "vision" pages . Promoting death and perversion, increasing dependence upon government from Pre-K on up, inculcation of liberal "values," politically correct policies, and prevaricating propaganda, with this expensive expansion of government being funded via the economy that it will work to distress.

What Biden proposes and vows is essentially not much different than radical Sanders, but is somewhat less extensive and straightforward (while being verbose and often redundant), yet basically promising the same perversions of morality and principles of a sound society.

LGBTQ : As President, Biden will secure the passage of the Equality Act [under which faithful Christians will be persecuted for obeying God and conscience]. Biden will make enactment of the Equality Act during his first 100 days as President a top legislative priority.

Religious freedom is a fundamental American value. But...The Trump-Pence Administration has deliberately and systematically attempted to gut protections for the LGBTQ+ community by carving out broad religious exemptions to existing nondiscrimination laws and policies across federal agencies. Biden will reverse Trump’s policies misusing these broad exemptions...

Ban so-called “conversion therapy.” Hundreds of thousands of LGBTQ+ individuals have been subjected to so-called “conversion therapy” during their lifetime, which Biden knows is deeply harmful, highly unscientific, and often leads to trauma.

Work to end suicide among young LGBTQ+ individuals. Lesbian, gay, and bisexual young people are five times more likely to attempt suicide than their heterosexual peers.

He will immediately reverse the discriminatory actions of the Trump-Pence Administration ...Donald Trump and Mike Pence have given hate against LGBTQ+ individuals safe harbor, and rolled back critical protections for the LGBTQ+ community...denying LGBTQ+ people access to critical health care, proposing policies allowing federally funded homeless shelters to turn away transgender people and federally funded adoption agencies to reject same-sex couples...

The Trump-Pence Administration has proposed allowing shelters to discriminate against transgender people when determining their accommodations, for example, by forcing transgender women to sleep and use the bathroom in the same place as men. As President, Biden will secure the passage of the Equality Act, ensuring..

Decriminalize HIV exposure and transmission laws. In 2018, 26 states in America had HIV exposure criminal laws. These laws perpetuate discrimination and stigma towards people with HIV/AIDS, and there is simply no “scientific basis” for them.

Biden believes every transgender or non-binary person should have the option of changing their gender marker to “M,” “F,” or “X” on government identifications, passports, and other documentation. He will support state and federal efforts to allow for this accurate representation.

Guaranteeing transgender students have access to facilities based on their gender identity...restore transgender students’ access to sports, bathrooms, and locker rooms in accordance with their gender identity.

Ensure blood donation procedures are based on...support “[consideration of] revising the donor questionnaires so that they focus on more refined and specific behavioral criteria,..He will expand access to mental health resources by doubling the number of psychologists, guidance counselors, nurses, social workers, and other health professionals in our schools.

Defending Equal Benefits to Same-Sex Couples... Biden voted against a constitutional amendment defining marriage as between one man and one woman.

Ensure coverage for comprehensive care for LGBTQ+ Americans. Biden will ensure that LGBTQ+ individuals have full access to all appropriate health care treatments and resources. This includes covering care related to transitioning—including gender confirmation surgery. And, it includes covering HIV treatment and prevention. Biden will ensure that federal health plans provide coverage for PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) and PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis)—lifesaving, highly effective HIV prevention medications. Fortunately, thanks to a recommendation by the U.S. Preventive Task Force (USPSTF), PrEP must be covered without cost-sharing starting in 2021. Biden will ensure other costs, including for lab and clinical services, are covered.

Rescind the un-American travel and refugee bans, also referred to as “Muslim bans.” The Trump-Pence Administration’s anti-Muslim bias hurts our economy and betrays our values. Prohibiting Muslims, including those from the LGBTQ+ community, from entering the country is morally wrong, and there is no intelligence or evidence that suggests it makes our nation more secure.

While LGBTQ+ youth are estimated to make up only 7-9% of the youth in the United States, they make up about 20% of youth incarcerated in juvenile detention or correctional facilities....Biden will create a new $100 million pilot program to encourage states... Biden will expand the federal investment in programs that create safe, nurturing spaces for children to spend time when not in school.

Reduce LGBTQ+ interactions with the criminal justice system....funding a $20 billion grant program encouraging states to move from incarceration and toward prevention and rehabilitation.

Biden will restore full implementation of President Obama’s executive order prohibiting discrimination by federal contractors, which Trump has undermined. The Biden Administration will also work with civil rights leaders to develop and institute implicit bias training programs for federal workers and contractors to address discrimination based on race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression,

Collect data necessary to fully support the LGBTQ+ community.

Reverse the transgender military ban...Biden will direct the U.S. Department of Defense to allow transgender service members to...receive needed medical treatment...

. In November 2019, the Trump-Pence Administration proposed a rule that will permit adoption and foster care agencies that discriminate against LGBTQ+ families to receive government funding. As President, Biden will repeal the rule, if implemented, and work to ensure that qualified families are not discriminated against based on sexual orientation, gender identity or expression,

Enforce and strengthen the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act....he will strengthen enforcement of the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr. Act by increasing funding for anti-bias and hate crimes investigation training. He will work with Congress to pass both the Jabara-Heyer NO HATE Act, which will improve hate crime reporting and data collection, and the End Racial and Religious Profiling Act, which will prohibit law enforcement from targeting a person based on “actual or perceived race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation.”

A Biden Administration will seek to advance culturally appropriate public information campaigns to promote LGBTQ+ human rights and reduce biases,

Ensure that human rights are at the center of our engagement with the world....Advance an inclusive human rights agenda that promotes LGBTQ+ rights by integrating them within a broad human rights agenda....The Biden Administration will aggressively use pressure tactics, as appropriate, including sanctions (such as Global Magnitsky sanctions and visa bans) to respond to violations of human rights, including LGBTQ+ rights.

Work with Congress to enact legislation – like the GLOBE Act currently before the House—which will permanently make upholding LGBTQ+ rights a priority of the foreign policy of the United States... - https://joebiden.com/lgbtq/ _______________________________________________

Heath care [government dependence]: Health care is a right... Expanding access to contraception and protect the constitutional right to an abortion. The Affordable Care Act made historic progress by ensuring access to free preventive care, including contraception. The Biden Plan will build on that progress.

Biden will work to codify Roe v. Wade, and his Justice Department will do everything in its power to stop the rash of state laws that so blatantly violate the constitutional right to an abortion, such as so-called TRAP laws, parental notification requirements, mandatory waiting periods, and ultrasound requirements.

Restore federal funding for Planned Parenthood. As president, Biden will reissue guidance specifying that states cannot refuse Medicaid funding for Planned Parenthood and other providers that refer for abortions or provide related information and reverse the Trump Administration’s rule preventing Planned Parenthood and certain other family planning programs from obtaining Title X funds.

Defending health care protections for all, regardless of gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation.

Doubling America’s investment in community health centers.

Achieving mental health parity and expanding access to mental health care.

The Biden Plan will make health care a right by getting rid of capital gains tax loopholes for the super wealthy. Today, the very wealthy pay a tax rate of just 20% on long-term capital gains. -https://joebiden.com/healthcare/ _________________________________________

Housing : Biden’s $640 billion investment in America’s housing is paid for by raising taxes on corporations and large financial institutions. Specifically, approximately $300 billion of the housing plan is devoted to new construction and is encompassed in the $1.3 trillion infrastructure plan. The remaining portion is paid for by instituting a financial fee on certain liabilities of firms with over $50 billion in assets.

Establish a $100 billion Affordable Housing Fund to construct and upgrade affordable housing.

$65 billion in new incentives for state housing authorities and the Indian Housing Block Grant program to construct or rehabilitate low-cost, efficient, resilient, and accessible housing in areas where affordable housing is in short supply.

$10 billion retrofitting fund...set a target of reducing the carbon footprint of the U.S. building stock 50% by 2035, creating incentives for deep retrofits that combine appliance electrification, efficiency, and on-site clean power generation.

$5 billion to increase the stock of affordable housing as part of larger community development efforts.

Increase funding for the Housing Trust Fund by $20 billion.

Expand the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit with a $10 billion investment.

Expand flexible funding for the Community Development Block Grant by $10 billion over ten years.

Will invest $640 billion over 10 years so every American has access to housing. Fully funding federal rental assistance. Help families buy their first homes and build wealth by creating a new refundable, advanceable tax credit of up to $15,000.

Provide Section 8 housing vouchers to every eligible family so that no one has to pay more than 30% of their income for rental housing. Biden will enact a law prohibiting landlords from discriminating against renters receiving federal housing benefits.

..Reduce rent and utilities to 30% of income for low-income individuals and families who may make too much money to qualify for a Section 8 voucher but still struggle to pay their rent. He will allocate $5 billion in federal funding for the tax credit every year.

[Gentrification] Expand housing benefits for first-responders, public school educators, and other public and national service workers who commit to living in persistently impoverished communities or who work in neighborhoods with low affordable housing stock.

Create a new funding mechanism for states and cities to adopt strict building codes and train builders and inspectors.

Aim to provide all Americans in municipalities of more than 100,000 people with quality public transportation by 2030. ____________________________________________

Immigration : Biden will propose a four-year, $4 billion package of assistance for the region, with aid linked to governments in the Northern Triangle.

Increase the number of refugees we welcome into the country. With more than 70 million displaced people in the world today, this is a moment that demands American leadership. He will set the annual global refugee admissions cap to 125,000, and seek to raise it over time commensurate with our responsibility, our values, and the unprecedented global need.

Wage and Unions:

Increase the federal minimum wage to $15..and...eliminating the tipped minimum wage. This increase would include workers who aren’t currently earning the minimum wage, like the farmworkers who grow our food and domestic workers

A co-sponsor of the original Employee Free Choice Act, Biden supports workers choosing to form a union if a majority signs authorization cards empowering a union to represent them. He will go beyond the PRO Act by allowing workers to use this process, called “card check,” as an initial option for forming a union...

Ban state laws prohibiting unions from collecting dues or comparable payments from all workers who benefit from union representation that unions are legally obligated to provide. Currently more than half of all states have in place these so-called “right to work” laws...

As president, Biden will support legislation, including the Fairness for Farmworkers Act and Domestic Workers’ Bill of Rights, that expands federal protections to agricultural and domestic workers, ensuring that they too have the right to basic workplace protections and to organize and collectively bargain.

Extend the right to organize and bargain collectively to independent contractors.

Rescind the un-American travel and refugee bans, also referred to as “Muslim bans.”

______________________________________________

Education : Biden will triple funding for Title I, the federal program funding schools with a high percentage of students from low-income families..Dramatically increasing Title I funding..

Provide high-quality, universal pre-kindergarten for all three- and four -year-olds

President Biden will provide funds to ensure that there is an early childhood development expert in every community health center. He will also provide grants to help cities place early childhood development experts in other pediatrician offices with a high percentage of Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program patients.

Double the number of psychologists, guidance counselors, nurses, social workers, and other health professionals in our schools..President Biden will make an unprecedented investment in school mental health professionals in order to double the number of psychologists, guidance counselors, nurses, social workers, and other health professionals employed in our schools, and partner with colleges to expand the pipeline of these professionals [among other things, thereby likely fostering changing genders, at tax-payer expense].

Help teachers and other educators pay off their student loans.

Biden will include in federal infrastructure legislation funding specifically for improving public school buildings. First and foremost, these funds will be used to address health risks. Additional funds will be used to build cutting-edge, energy-efficient, innovative schools with technology and labs to prepare our students for the jobs of the future.

Defeat the National Rifle Association – again – in order to make our schools safer....Parents shouldn’t have to worry about whether their kids will come home from school...In the months ahead, he will release additional proposals to address the gun violence epidemic in our country.

There’s an estimated $23 billion annual funding gap between white and non-white school districts today, and gaps persist between high- and low-income districts as well. Biden will work to close this gap by nearly tripling Title I funding, which goes to schools serving a high number of children from low-income families.

As President, Biden will reinstate Department of Education guidance that supported schools in legally pursuing desegregation strategies and recognized institutions of higher education’s interests in creating diverse student bodies. _______________________________________________

Education beyond High School: . Student debt forgiveness [stoking gov. with more liberals]: Biden will create a new, simple program which offers $10,000 of undergraduate or graduate student debt relief for every year of national or community service, up to five years. Individuals working in schools, government, and other non-profit settings will be automatically enrolled in this forgiveness program; up to five years of prior national or community service will also qualify.

pass a law permitting the discharge of private student loans in bankruptcy.

Make Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), Tribal Colleges And Universities (TCUs), and under-resourced MSIs more affordable for their students. The Biden plan will invest $18 billion in grants to these four-year schools, equivalent to up to two years of tuition per low-income and middle class student, including DREAMers and students who transfer to a four-year HBCU, TCU, or MSI from a tuition-free community college.

Invest in the diverse talent at HBCUs, TCUs and MSIs to solve the country’s most pressing problems. The Biden Administration will invest $10 billion to create at least 200 new centers of excellence

Biden will invest $20 billion in infrastructure for HBCUs, TCUs, and MSIs to build the physical research facilities and labs urgently needed to deliver on the country’s research and development, to update and modernize deteriorating facilities, i

Biden will also support TCUs and other institutions in rural areas by investing $20 billion in rural broadband infrastructure and tripling funding to expand broadband access in rural areas.

Provide support to continuously improve the value of HBCUs, TCUs, and MSIs by investing $10 billion in programs that increase enrollment, retention, completion, and employment rates.

Expand career pathways for graduates of HBCUs, TCUs, and MSIs in areas that meet national priorities, including building a diverse pipeline of public school teachers. Biden will invest $5 billion in graduate programs in teaching, health care, and STEM

Triple and make permanent the capacity-building and student support for HBCUs, TCUs, and MSIs in Title III and Title V of the Higher Education Act. The Biden Administration will make permanent $750 million per year in Title III and Title V funding, which will provide a dedicated revenue stream of $7.5 billion over the first ten years. _______________________________________

Gun control : Biden will enact legislation prohibiting an individual “who has been convicted of a misdemeanor hate crime, or received an enhanced sentence for a misdemeanor because of hate or bias in its commission” from purchasing or possessing a firearm.

Incentivize state “extreme risk” laws. Extreme risk laws, also called “red flag” laws, enable family members or law enforcement officials to temporarily remove an individual’s access to firearms when that individual is in crisis and poses a danger to themselves or others.

Give states incentives to set up gun licensing programs. Biden will enact legislation to give states and local governments grants to require individuals to obtain a license prior to purchasing a gun.

Ensure relinquishment when someone becomes newly prohibited law, like domestic violence restraining order. Enact any necessary legislation to ensure relinquishment when individuals newly fall under one of the federal prohibitions, and then provide technical and financial assistance to state and local governments to establish effective relinquishment. processes on their own.

End the online sale of firearms and ammunitions. Biden will enact legislation to prohibit all online sales of firearms, ammunition, kits, and gun parts.

Latinos :

Biden is running for president to rebuild the middle class so that this time, everyone comes along. He’ll start by increasing the federal minimum wage to $15 an hour,

Biden will make pre-K available to every child and triple funding to Title I schools, giving teachers the higher pay they deserve and narrowing the gap between rich and poor districts.

As president, Biden will provide two years of community college without debt, and halve the cap on student loan payments to just 5% of discretionary income (that’s income, minus taxes and essential expenses, like housing and food) above $25,000.

He’ll double the maximum value of Pell Grants, providing bigger subsidies to lower-income students and helping many middle class families for the first time. And he’ll make an unprecedented $70 billion investment in Hispanic- and other Minority-Serving Institutions, as well as Historically Black Colleges and Universities. _______________________

Black community: Because homeownership is key to building wealth, he will ensure first time homebuyers are able to get $15,000 in federal down payment assistance. He will invest over $70 billion in HBCUs and other MSIs, and on top of that provide loan forgiveness that works for public servants. And, Joe will double funding for the State Small Business Credit Initiative to $3 billion to assist small businesses, especially those owned by people of color.

He will also make a $50 billion investment in workforce training. And, he will create a “Title I for postsecondary education” to help students at under-resourced four-year schools complete their degrees. Joe will rectify the funding disparities faced by HBCUs and other minority-serving institutions by investing over $70 billion in them to lower students’ costs, establish research centers, strengthen graduate programs, build high-tech labs, and more.

Joe will invest $1.7 trillion over the next ten years in a clean energy revolution, creating 10 million good-paying jobs. He will stand up to the abuse of power by polluters who disproportionately harm Black communities and hold those polluters accountable. As president, Joe will reinstate federal protections, rolled back by the Trump Administration, that were designed to protect these communities.

Make a Transformational Investment in our Country’s Infrastructure. Joe will invest $1 trillion over ten years to rebuild our roads, bridges, railway, freight, and ports. Joe will boost federal investments in low-income neighborhoods,

To tackle poverty, he will support applying Congressman James Clyburn’s 10-20-30 formula to all federal programs, which would allocate 10% of funding to counties “where 20% or more of the population has been living below the poverty line for the last 30 years.”

Joe will create a $20 billion competitive grant program to spur states to focus on prevention and reduce incarcerated populations, inspired by a Brennan Center proposal.

Joe will also invest in public defenders’ offices, eliminate the death penalty and mandatory minimums, and end the federal crack and powder cocaine disparity.

He will decriminalize the use of cannabis and automatically expunge all cannabis use convictions, end incarceration for drug use alone, and expand effective alternatives to detention.

He will end cash bail and private prisons. Joe will invest $1 billion per year in juvenile justice reform. ______________________________________

The Catholic Community : “I’m a practicing Catholic. I believe faith is a gift. And the first obligation we all have is, ‘Love your God,’ the second one is, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ … ‘Treat people with dignity.’ Everyone’s entitled to dignity, that’s a basic tenet in my household.” – Vice President Joe Biden

we need to rebuild the middle class, and this time make sure everybody comes along—regardless of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or disability.

Respect the dignity of work and give workers back the power to earn what they’re worth...encourage and incentivize unionization and collective bargaining.

Ensure that affordable, quality health care is a right for all Americans

As president, Joe will prioritize a comprehensive immigration reform to finally give 11 million undocumented immigrants a roadmap to citizenship...and will immediately review and overturn every TPS decision made by the Trump Administration that does not appropriately consider the facts on the ground.

Serve as stewards of our creation and protect our planet against climate change: In his encyclical, Laudato Si, Pope Francis directed the global community to raise awareness about the growing climate change crisis.

He will push the United States to achieve a 100 percent clean energy economy and reaches net zero emissions no later than 2050.

I think it is a percentage, like of 2.2% to 7% on the donation, and standard credit card processing fee of 2.5%, or $0.30 payment fee.

Biden is possessed by a demon who’s extremely bad at puppetry, hence the erratic gaffe-o-matic routine that dementia doesn’t explain. Or viewed from the scientific angle he’s so steeped in twisted liberal orthodoxy he’s lost all grasp of morality and possibly reality itself.

Either way - he’s EVIL.

Section summary:

LGBTQ

Biden promises to make enactment of the Equality Act during his first 100 days as President a top legislative priority, under which faithful Christians will be persecuted for obeying God and conscience. Biden states that while religious freedom is a fundamental American value, he opposes broad religious exemptions to existing nondiscrimination laws and policies across federal agencies and which he promises to reverse.

Biden intends to ban so-called “conversion therapy,” which is akin to Islamic outlawing of conversion, while promising to work to end suicide among young LGBTQ+ individuals. who are five times more likely to attempt suicide than their heterosexual peers.

Biden also charges that Donald Trump and Mike Pence have given “hate against LGBTQ+ individuals” safe harbor, and sites such policies are requiring transgender “women” to sleep and use bathrooms according to what they biologically are.

In addition, Biden promises to decriminalize HIV exposure and transmission laws, under which such failures as not informing a partner of their positive HIV status, or in donating blood, or intentionally attempting to transmit HIV is a crime. However, although sodomy is the means of HIV transmission in over 80% of cases among men (https://peacebyjesuscom.blogspot.com/2019/10/negative-effects-of-homosexual.html), yet Biden asserts that there is simply no “scientific basis” for HIV exposure and transmission laws.

Moreover, Biden believes every “transgender or non-binary person” should be able to change their “gender marker to “M,” “F,” or “X” on government identifications, passports, and other documentation,” as well as use whatever facilities they feel corresponds to their gender identity. Including transgender students playing sports and using bathrooms and locker rooms.

Biden will also not permit adoption and foster care agencies that choose not to allow adoption by LGBTQ+ families to receive government funding.

Biden further promises to “ensure coverage for comprehensive care for LGBTQ+ Americans...to all appropriate health care treatments and resources...including gender confirmation surgery.” As well as for HIV treatment and prevention, that of PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) which cost about $2,000 a day, and would include coverage for lifetime treatment for HIV, which coast approximately 400,000 dollars, both of which Medicaid coverage presently includes. Currently PrEP will be covered without cost-sharing starting in 2021.

Biden will also reverse the transgender military ban and rescind the prohibition against LGBTQ+ Muslims from entering the country, and permanently make upholding LGBTQ+ rights a priority of the foreign policy of the United States.

In addition, Biden intends to “advance culturally appropriate public information campaigns to promote LGBTQ+ human rights and reduce biases,” and “develop and institute implicit bias training programs for federal workers and contractors to address discrimination based on race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.” (https://joebiden.com/lgbtq/)

You mean the analogy btwn outlawing conversion from "gay" to "straight" (via therapy) and outlawing conversion from Muslim to Christian (etc.) via evangelical counsel?
