Biden is possessed by a demon who’s extremely bad at puppetry, hence the erratic gaffe-o-matic routine that dementia doesn’t explain. Or viewed from the scientific angle he’s so steeped in twisted liberal orthodoxy he’s lost all grasp of morality and possibly reality itself.
Either way - he’s EVIL.
