"Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia would be found dead of apparent natural causes.
Presidio County Judge Cinderela Guevara acknowledged that she pronounced Scalia dead by phone, without seeing his body.
We discovered the judge in bed, a pillow over his head. His bed clothes were unwrinkled," said Poindexter.
A pillow over his head does not sound like natural. And who pronounces a Supreme Court Justice dead over the phone. Or anyone, for that matter.
We italians have good genes.
i’ll eventually get them, but to not have high BP or diabetes or swollen legs at my weight is a medical miracle.
Yeah, I'll bet you're lighting candles in his memory, LOL.
I saw it on tv news
"Valerie Jarrett. It was Valerie Jarrett. :D "
Oddly enough copyrighted photographs have always been and remain, copyright restricted. Copyright holders, which includes publishers and often the original photographers, retain all rights to the photos. It's noteworthy that photographers earn their living on any monies they receive after taking thousands of photos, often in hopes of selling just one.
Posting the photos first on photo hosting sites; using url cloaking programs to hide original sources; removing watermarks; and/or waiting to post copyrighted photos only after threads are several pages long, none of those actions remove the rights of original copyright holders to receive compensation for their work products, which are in this case, copyrighted photos.
Whenever any Freeper decides to post a copyright restricted photo or a photo-shopped or altered image of a copyright restricted photo, each time, they are taking the risk that the owner of Free Republic will be sued in copyright infringement lawsuits and in having to pay lawyers to defend or settle such lawsuits.
Also, the Judge told WFAA out of Dallas, on camera, that is was a myocardial infarction today. Then just hours later she changed her story to the Express.
And Poindexter, guy who owns the ranch, is well known here in Texas a high end Dem donor. They pretty much own that part of Texas. Well, that, City Of Houston, Austin and large chunks of City and County gov in Dallas County. Getting to be too many Dems here.
Shocked that folks are not asking about the Dem who owns that ranch.
Interesting facts not being reported about Scaliaâs host at the Cibolo Ranch Resort.
Scalia as there on a trip paid for by the owner, John Poindexter.
Poindexter is a well known high end donor to the Democrat party.

http://individual-contributors.insidegov.com/l/254707/John-Poindexter
Poindexter is the same dem donor who attempted to purchase 40,000 plus acres of Big Bend State Park, a deal that was being kept secret from the public. In the deal, Poindexter would put up the money to pressure other Texas ranches to sell their land to the Park. (Much like the Bureau of Land Management nightmares going on over the past few decades out west.)
With the land purchase, Poindexter would be free from political pressure and could dam up the water supply. Which would help force the other ranches to sell.
Texas Parks and Wildlife became uncomfortable with the deal when Poindexter would not guarantee that he would actually turn his part of the land he wanted to buy to public access. However, he does claim to want to do that long term.
The government does not like that they have to let ranchers graze on their own land.
NOW, consider this. Scalia would have likely heard the upcoming case on the âwaters of the USâ rule change sent out by the Obama administration
https://www.beefusa.org/newsreleases1.aspx?NewsID=3350
http://nahbnow.com/2015/10/court-ruling-suspends-new-epa-water-rule/
The rule significantly expands the definition of a tributary to include any dry land feature that flows only after a heavy rainfall. This could include man made ditches in a desert, ponds/stock tanks on a ranch and other bodies that in now way touch U.S. Waters. Such federal overreach goes well beyond congressional intent and the limits of jurisdiction set forth by the U.S. Supreme Court. Almost all activities on our open land will now touch a âwater of the United Statesâ under the expanded definition. For the first time, ditches are included in the definition of a âtributaryâ and now will come under federal jurisdiction. Activities near a jurisdictional ditch will now require a federal permit. https://www.beefusa.org/newsreleases1.aspx?NewsID=3350#sthash.xXpIM82s.dpuf
And activities not near a jurisdictional flow could be lumped together to be claimed to be so. In direct violation of a Supreme Court order in Rapanos. This, along with the recent Critical Habitat rule released by US Fish and Game to greatly expand what can be claimed as habitat for the Endangered Species Act, are corner stones of Obamaâs climate agenda and big federal land grab.
Poindexter would benefit from Waters of the U.S. staying in effect. Because it could force fines on those ranches who would help the Parks take over. And he would finally get his 40,000 plus acres.
Now go back to the Texas Monthly article and read at about the 9th or 10th full paragraph. The meticulous condition they found Scalia in, unwrinkled clothes, hands folded on his chest. And compare that with what you read in the above referenced paragraphs.
http://www.texasmonthly.com/articles/the-man-in-the-white-hat/
Poindexter never leaves anything to chance. He was even on WFAA out of Dallas today going over in detail how they found Scaliaâ¦giving every effort to show our âpeacefulâ it was.
A Dem judge declares it to be Myocardial Infarction to WFAA, then claims to the San Antonio Express that she did not say that. Claims it was the family who did not want an autopsy, only to later state that they did not because she told them what the police told her on the phoneâ¦because she did not go to see the body when declaring it.
The Sheriff who told her of the scene, is a Dem.
http://bigbendnow.com/2015/12/democratic-races-for-sheriff-2-commissioners-1-constable/
And now news is surfacing that before the declaration has been officially signed, a funeral home in El Paso may have embalmed the body in the wee morning hours on Sunday.
Some news in Texas is that there was confusion and thatâs why it was embalmed without further information.
That part of South Texas is run by some very old Democrat money.
If I have ever seen a case which screams for an autopsy and toxicology investigation, this is it. How much upside/down and inside/out are the American people willing to accept? When I heard that the cause of death was stated over the phone with no view of the body, I was stunned, my intelligence was insulted and I was alarmed immediately. If this case is swept under the rug with cries of “nothing to see here,” we will need to worry more about whether we have terrorists already dug in on our soil. Perhaps Justice Scalia did die of natural causes. However, it is important that medical technology inform us of that and not some non-medical person over the phone who has no knowledge of the body or the scene. People who are judging those who think this stinks must surely spend their days smoking pot.
However, I would like to know who the other 30+ people were at the ranch that weekend. Imagine this:
Cibolo Creek Ranch Guest List, Valentine's Day Weekend 2016:
Gloria Steinem, George Soros, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Rosie O'Donnell
Jonathan Gruber, Bill Ayers, Tom Steyer, Jeremiah Wright, Joy Behar
Barney Frank, Al Gore, Oliver Stone, Michael Moore, Cecile Richards
Bill Maher, Jane Goodall, Louis Farrakhan, Michael Bloomberg, Rachel Maddow
Whoopie Goldberg, Sean Penn, Tom Daschle, Jane Fonda, Chris Matthews
James Carville, Howard Dean, Maureen Dowd, Warren Buffett, Jon Stewart
Paul Krugman, Henry Waxman, Bill Nye, Eliot Spitzer, Antonin Scalia
folk in the CIA admit they have a heart attack drug that is nearly impossible to detect.
I think obozo had Scalia killed.
And it was in West Texas, meaning this was obviously Bush’s fault. /sarc
Thank you.
Well-if it’s what you think, you don’t need a source... just a personal idea given the facts so far.
Actually, it DOES sound suspicious
Everything that happens these days has the greasy conspiracy fingers all over it.
‘rush to judgement’
“hands folded on his chest”
A person having a heart attack wouldn’t end up so peaceful like that. With unruffled bedclothes to boot.
My father had a huge heart attack in the wee hours of the morning. He sat up and had one hand on his heart and the other arm propping himself up. The sheets were not unruffled.
There is a phone by every hotel bed. Scalia only had to call the front desk. Or at least to pick up the phone.
Cut dat out! Dis is series bizzness.
Bwaaaahahaha-haha-ha!
Spallchick aynt wurken rhyit naow.
Hey it’s Texas!
