Shocked that folks are not asking about the Dem who owns that ranch.

Interesting facts not being reported about Scalia’s host at the Cibolo Ranch Resort.
Scalia as there on a trip paid for by the owner, John Poindexter.
Poindexter is a well known high end donor to the Democrat party.

Poindexter is the same dem donor who attempted to purchase 40,000 plus acres of Big Bend State Park, a deal that was being kept secret from the public. In the deal, Poindexter would put up the money to pressure other Texas ranches to sell their land to the Park. (Much like the Bureau of Land Management nightmares going on over the past few decades out west.)
With the land purchase, Poindexter would be free from political pressure and could dam up the water supply. Which would help force the other ranches to sell.
Texas Parks and Wildlife became uncomfortable with the deal when Poindexter would not guarantee that he would actually turn his part of the land he wanted to buy to public access. However, he does claim to want to do that long term.
The government does not like that they have to let ranchers graze on their own land.
NOW, consider this. Scalia would have likely heard the upcoming case on the “waters of the US” rule change sent out by the Obama administration

https://www.beefusa.org/newsreleases1.aspx?NewsID=3350

http://nahbnow.com/2015/10/court-ruling-suspends-new-epa-water-rule/

The rule significantly expands the definition of a tributary to include any dry land feature that flows only after a heavy rainfall. This could include man made ditches in a desert, ponds/stock tanks on a ranch and other bodies that in now way touch U.S. Waters. Such federal overreach goes well beyond congressional intent and the limits of jurisdiction set forth by the U.S. Supreme Court. Almost all activities on our open land will now touch a “water of the United States” under the expanded definition. For the first time, ditches are included in the definition of a “tributary” and now will come under federal jurisdiction. Activities near a jurisdictional ditch will now require a federal permit. https://www.beefusa.org/newsreleases1.aspx?NewsID=3350#sthash.xXpIM82s.dpuf

And activities not near a jurisdictional flow could be lumped together to be claimed to be so. In direct violation of a Supreme Court order in Rapanos. This, along with the recent Critical Habitat rule released by US Fish and Game to greatly expand what can be claimed as habitat for the Endangered Species Act, are corner stones of Obama’s climate agenda and big federal land grab.

Poindexter would benefit from Waters of the U.S. staying in effect. Because it could force fines on those ranches who would help the Parks take over. And he would finally get his 40,000 plus acres.

Now go back to the Texas Monthly article and read at about the 9th or 10th full paragraph. The meticulous condition they found Scalia in, unwrinkled clothes, hands folded on his chest. And compare that with what you read in the above referenced paragraphs.

http://www.texasmonthly.com/articles/the-man-in-the-white-hat/

Poindexter never leaves anything to chance. He was even on WFAA out of Dallas today going over in detail how they found Scalia…giving every effort to show our “peaceful” it was.

A Dem judge declares it to be Myocardial Infarction to WFAA, then claims to the San Antonio Express that she did not say that. Claims it was the family who did not want an autopsy, only to later state that they did not because she told them what the police told her on the phone…because she did not go to see the body when declaring it.
The Sheriff who told her of the scene, is a Dem.

And now news is surfacing that before the declaration has been officially signed, a funeral home in El Paso may have embalmed the body in the wee morning hours on Sunday.

http://www.statesman.com/news/news/state-regional/inside-the-west-texas-ranch-where-justice-antonin-/nqP9d/

Some news in Texas is that there was confusion and that’s why it was embalmed without further information.
That part of South Texas is run by some very old Democrat money.

“hands folded on his chest”

A person having a heart attack wouldn’t end up so peaceful like that. With unruffled bedclothes to boot.

My father had a huge heart attack in the wee hours of the morning. He sat up and had one hand on his heart and the other arm propping himself up. The sheets were not unruffled.

There is a phone by every hotel bed. Scalia only had to call the front desk. Or at least to pick up the phone.

Isn’t George P Bush head of the Texas Land Office?
