Blogger admits Hawaii birth certificate forgery, subverting Obama claims (Uh-oh)

Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.

The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.

The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.

Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.

McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

I just got hit with that sick feeling again.

Tooling around the US Constitution site, I see that the webmaster has taken it upon himself to define “natural born citizen” as just about anyone, anyone born on foreign soil to one non-US citizen parent and one US citizen parent, anyone under the age of five found on US soil so long as proof of birth on foreign soil isn’t produced by the age of 21...

It sickens me because I know that NBC wasn’t defined that way last time I poked around that site.

So, I looked at the bottom of the page to see that the date the site was last updated was Jan 24, 2010.

Allen vs. Soetoro Update; All Records For Lolo Soetoro To Be Released, DHS Have No Records For Obama’s Mama? Got Records!?

Allen v. Soetoro is a Freedom of Information Act(FOIA) lawsuit seeking all records from the Department of Homeland Security and the State Department regarding Barry Soetoro, Lolo Soetoro, and Stanley Ann Dunham-Soetoro.

The case was partially dismissed on February 1, 2010. It is now in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. You can read more about the background of this case HERE.

Just thought I would update everyone on the conference meeting with the Department of Justice. Mr. Bowen from the DOJ and I talked about the existing FOIA case, he informed me that I would be receiving documents with regard to Stanley Ann’s passport information and other records within a few weeks as soon a 3 weeks and as late as 6 weeks. The search by the DHS turned up not(h)ing on Stanley ANN? But the DOS has a lot of documents, as for Lolo Soetoro they will be releasing everything.

I have reserved my rights to further discovery and a possible deposition of Maya Soetoro should they redact more than necessary.

I’ve reserved all my rights because I’m at a disadvantage, not having enough information to make a correct decision. We will be setting a date certain in August for a briefing date, August was my idea because it gives me enough time to study the document and decided if more discovery is needed.

I’ve been saying ‘she could have been anywhere’ for at least a year, and it fell on deaf ears, but better late than never!

Instead of trying to provide answers, perhaps one should ask questions:

1. What evidence is there Stanley Ann Dunham graduated from Mercer Island in 1960? By evidence, I mean something other than well scripted stories from schoolfriends and a video by a couple of her teachers - all without ever actually showing a dated page from a yearbook?

2. What evidence, other than Neil Abercrombie’s word, is there that she was ever in Hawaii?

3. Why would we assume that the Ann Obama who is shown as a tenant at the rear of the birth announcement address, which the Dunhams were renting, is the same person as Stanley Ann Dunham?

4. How can we know if the Hawaii University enrollment from 1960 is actually related to Stanley Ann Dunham, and not Ann Obama who lived at the rear of the house the Dunham’s were renting? We have not seen a transcript, just a letter written by someone who assumed that Ann Obama and Stanley Ann Dunham were the same person.

UPDATE: The “Atlas says that Barack Obama is Malcolm X’s love child” charge has gone viral among leftards and lizards. The only problem with it is that it is false. I am not the author of this post, and I posted it because the writer did a spectacular job documenting Obama’s many connections with the Far Left.

The Malcolm X claim is one minor part of this story, and was of interest to me principally as part of the writer’s documentation that Stanley Ann Dunham could not have been where the Obama camp says she was at various times. I do not believe that Barack Obama is Malcolm X’s love child, and never did — but there remain many, many unanswered questions about his early life and upbringing.

Apparently the Governor of Hawaii has sealed Obama’s birth certificate records. Why? Why seal the records? What is Obama afraid of?

Atlas reader Rudy emailed both the University of Washington and the University of Hawaii, and they sent him back dates of enrollment. It didn’t match the dates Wikipedia had for Stanley Ann Dunham. Bob tried to update Wikipedia and his updates got deleted within minutes.

The big question is how was Ann having Barack in Honolulu in Aug 1961 AND enrolled at the U of Washington the same month?

When public record information from the University of Washington was added to Wikipedia’s biography of Stanley Ann Dunham (Barack Hussein Obama Jr’s mother), it was removed in 35 minutes the first time and 34 minutes the second time. I’m concerned with the unlikely dates:

Sept 26 1960 First day at U of Hawaii for Ann (Why did she start 6 weeks late?)

One month later - conception

Two months later - drops out of University of Hawaii

Three months later - married

10 months later - back in Washington attending classes at University of Washington

These are implausible dates, and may imply that Ann got pregnant in Seattle and THAT is why her family moved to Hawaii. University of Washington records place Stanley Ann Dunham in Washington State in Aug 1961 so how could she be in Honolulu 2680 miles away birthing Barack the same month.
