Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.
The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.
The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.
Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.
McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

Well not quite. He says "my father came from Kenya". Lots of people come from other countries. If they are naturalized before their children are born, those children are eligible to become President. However *his* father never became a citizen, not even after his birth. His father only lived in the US for about 6 years, always as a student visitor, subject to the jurisdiction of foreign lands.(The UK and Kenya, not that it matters which country or countries he was a national of, as long as it was not the US)
Of course, it’s correct that we know
he never was a US citizen, but my
point was he clearly states his
father was from Kenya ....

want to mischaracterize it, but I think
it emphasizes the bottom line we here
all know about his origin and citizen
status when he was born ... ;)

What IF the original BC is not found? What IF there IS discovery and the requested documents prove 0bamanation is a fraud, absent the original BC? Will that be enough to force removal from the White House Barry, Michelle, the girls and the dog? If this goes to trial and Judge Carter sees that absent the original BC, the other documents support removal from office, his ruling will be one of the most historic rulings ever handed down from any judicial bench EVER.

Let’s Talk Bigfoot
Let this post be fair warning… Leo Donofrio is now interested in the birth certificate… so that we can finally prove Obama was born in Hawaii and stop the never ending circus surrounding BIGFOOT – an official long form birth certificate for President Obama.
The nation faces a crucial legal question:
How can a person who admits to having been born a British citizen – governed at birth by British law – be a natural born citizen of the United States?
This is a very serious legal question. Obama’s father was never a US citizen and was never permanently domiciled in the US. The leading Supreme Court decision in Wong Kim Ark indicates that the native born son of an alien is not natural born. There is no conspiracy theory attached to this question. Let’s state it another way:
Can a person who is at birth a dual citizen be considered a natural born citizen for purposes of meeting the Constitution’s requirements to be POTUS?
That is in no way a conspiracy theory. The US State department web site - now run by Obama – tells us that dual citizens owe allegiance to both nations and that while on the soil of the foreign nation that nation has a greater claim to the person than the US. It is certainly not trivial for US citizens to ask whether dual citizenship at birth means a person is not a “natural born citizen” of the US.
But as long as the never ending search for Bigfoot continues to obscure the real legal question, the true issue here will not only be attached to the conspiracy theory, it will be ridiculed as well.
Because of the conundrum, this blog will now also be concerned with an investigation into the vital records of President Obama as well as an intense focus upon the activities of the Hawaii Department of Health and the Hawaii Office of Information Practices. I hope to one day put these officials under oath and cross-examine them thoroughly.
I have always believed that Obama was born in Hawaii and I expect this investigation will reveal that he was. Upon proving that he was born in Hawaii, we may uncover details which indicate that Obama and Hawaii government officials purposely used the birth certificate issue to distract the nation from his British birth problems. If a smokescreen can be made clear, the nation will better comprehend the Constitutional blasphemy inherent in the 2008 POTUS election and the current White House resident.
Should our investigation prove that he wasn’t born in Hawaii, I will be very surprised, but I am certainly open to that conclusion.
I have written this post as a preview to some very interesting research – documents and letters issued by the State of Hawaii – which have not been made public yet. The vast majority of the leftist mainstream and alternative “conservative” media have repeatedly called any American who has demanded that Barack Hussein Obama release his supposed Hawaiian birth certificate to prove he is a natural-born citizen, as is required under the United States Constitution, a fringe-kook-conspiracy-theorist-wing-nut.
So here is my question with $50,000 cash to anybody in the media who can answer the following 3 part question:
1. What hospital in Hawaii was Barack Hussein Obama born in?
2. Who was the attending physician who delivered BHO?
3. What time was BHO born?
Any 12 year-old signing up for Little League would have to provide this information on their BIRTH CERTIFICATE. Yet not one person in the entire media has been able to provide the answers to the very simple questions I have posed above.
