Well not quite. He says "my father came from Kenya". Lots of people come from other countries. If they are naturalized before their children are born, those children are eligible to become President. However *his* father never became a citizen, not even after his birth. His father only lived in the US for about 6 years, always as a student visitor, subject to the jurisdiction of foreign lands.(The UK and Kenya, not that it matters which country or countries he was a national of, as long as it was not the US)
Of course, it’s correct that we know
he never was a US citizen, but my
point was he clearly states his
father was from Kenya ....
Perhaps I said it incorrectly .. don’t
want to mischaracterize it, but I think
it emphasizes the bottom line we here
all know about his origin and citizen
status when he was born ... ;)
