he never was a US citizen, but my
point was he clearly states his
father was from Kenya ....
Perhaps I said it incorrectly .. don’t
want to mischaracterize it, but I think
it emphasizes the bottom line we here
all know about his origin and citizen
status when he was born ... ;)
Is the term jus sanguinis ... of the
blood ?

Jus Solis = Latin: law of ground, applies to where a person is born.
Jus Sanguinis = Latin: Latin: right of blood, applies to ancestry.
