Blogger admits Hawaii birth certificate forgery, subverting Obama claims (Uh-oh)

Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.

The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.

The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.

Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.

McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

On May 4, someone by the name of James Buchanan (who is a repulsive, virulent anti-Semite) posted a story on LibertyPost.org called, "Two Major Developments in Obama Citizenship Case," that is nothing more than the year-old article about Jay McKinnon who alleged he was the COLB forger (remember, "Uh-oh?). If dusting off an ancient article and passing it of as "new," is not bizarre enough, then check out the source that Buchanan references: his own November 12 article on us.altermedia.info.

You’re leaving out the most despicable part, where Orly and Linda Starr, aka Linda Sue Belcher, called Lisa Liberi a convicted felon, a forger, an identity thief, and other character assassinations, and emailing their slanderous accusations to hundreds, if not thousands, of people. Phil Berg was also implicated by association.

When someone impunes your character and labels you a criminal, it is an assault on a person’s reputation and credibility, with the consequences affecting every aspect of your entire life from that point onwards.

The only recourse is to take the offender to court to clear your name.

I’ve known about this for a long time, and let me add that I trust Lisa and Phil with my life, and they do not deserve this sh*t. They have been exploited, ripped off, from the very beginning, but what was done to them in the past two months is the last straw.

Otaguro’s mother, Betty Wakai, had written the names of most of the kids in the class on the back of the picture. Her writing identifies the first little boy in the third row as “Barry Obama.” Obama’s sister Maya Soetoro-Ng confirms that the boy is Obama, however, the Department of Education has been unable to find his records.”

This is an important feature because K-records for original school entry would have contained the following:

1. His REAL Birth Certificate.

2. An application with the following:

—1.. His Legal name.
—2.. Parents or Legal Guardians’ names.
—3. Date of Birth
—4. Place of Birth
—5. Vaccination Records (revealing a timeline to the place and DOB.)

It also is important for two reasons:

A. The Dept.of Education does not “lose” the records of one particular student. (So, ... Who paid whom what sum to make this record disappear?)

B. There would have been NO shameful low-test scores, NO embarassing Equal Opportunity advancements, and NO trails of fraudulent funding to hide which could possibly ‘excuse’ the quashing of public school Kindergarten entry records. For the rest of his life he attended very expensive private schools and has had his records legally sealed to deny the public, his true life story.

This is different. Hawaii should be able to verify he attended their school since he is featured in class photographs. State and federal tax dollars paid for his initial year of education. Why is there no documentation?

This is the ‘tip of the iceberg’ of an intentionally erased life of a fraudulent conman and it reeks of complicity by officials within the State of Hawaii’s Dept. of Health & Dept. of Education

... now correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the state OBLIGATED to have full and complete educational records?

If it doesn't, can't it be compelled to do so under FERPA or similar state/federal laws?

Last year I near election time ozero took a trip to Hawaii to visit his sick grandma. Along with him were a bevy of lawyers that was not widely reported. I have always wondered why he needed so many Lewes to accompany him to Hawaii.

Widely distributed reports have noted in January 1968, Obama was registered as a Muslim at Jakarta’s Roman Catholic Franciscus Assisi Primary School under the name Barry Soetoro. He was listed as an Indonesian citizen whose stepfather, listed on school documents as “L Soetoro Ma,” worked for the topography department of the Indonesian Army.

Catholic schools in Indonesia routinely accept non-Catholic students, but exempt them from studying religion. Obama’s school documents, though, wrongly list him as being Indonesian.

After attending the Assisi Primary School, Obama was enrolled – also as a Muslim, according to documents – in the Besuki Primary School, a public school in Jakarta.

Yes, depending on who reports it, he and his mom (Ann Dunham) relocated to Indonesia in '66 or '67 after she married Lolo Soetoro. Here's Obama Jr in this image here:

He was registered in an Indonesian elementary school as Barry Soetoro:

Here is Obama Jr and his dad in Dec 1971. Obama Sr flew 10,000 miles from Kenya, reportedly for a college reunion in Hawaii (my theory has long been that Obama Sr flew back to sign sealed adoption papers to place Obama Jr into Lolo's custody [thereby officially changing Obama Jr's name to Barry Soetoro]):

Obama's mama and Lolo were having marital problems, informally separating in 1974, as seen in their 1980 Divorce papers (bottom half):

Obama Jr continued to go by "Barry Obama" throughout school in Hawaii, supposedly as a nickname.

Most likely, once his records from his years in Hawaii or his first two years of college at Occidental in California are revealed, we'll see that Barry Soetoro was (and IS) his legal name.

I think it was the other way around that Obama Sr adopted Jr in 1971 changing his name BACK to Obama from Soetoro reversing what Ann had done when she married Soetoro. Remember Ann was in HI when Obama Sr visited and could have placed an ad in the local paper advertising the event as is required by law, but Lolo was in Indonesia and would not appear to protest. Before Ann married Lolo she could have placed an ad in the local paper advertising the adoption of Jr by Lolo and Obama Sr being in Kenya could not appear to protest. Do it once, and it is easier to do a second time.
