Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.
The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.
The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.
Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.
McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

Yes! I recently called to see if my grandson's ex-wife had remarried yet. The lady took the names and looked and then came back and said they had no record of it. Now I know why. Because she is getting married this coming Oct.
I also was able to go see all the divorce papers except for ones they determine are personal.
The actual program is for a DELAYED Birth Certificate. There were many people born long before birth certificates were mandatory so therefore you have to apply for a delayed one. This requires a LOT of information to do.
I should not have posted that without looking at the law. I was sent that reference without any explanation of the background in connection with a discussion about my concern that birth certificates get issued in various jurisdictions on the basis of a number of different kinds of support.
I have always thought that ultimately, Obama will turn up with some kind of document issued by Hawaii Department of Health that he will claim is a birth certificate. Although the August 8 date, four days after the claimed birth, looks like it might have resulted from Stanley Ann returning from Kenya and filing something, or having her mother file something, I have also thought when they returned from Indonesia, they might have posted another affidavit type of filing to beef up their earlier data.
But in the context of your analysis, I agree, the late filing rule might well have been difficult for them to comply with.

Those points make sense. One other thing, if Obama’s father was 24 when Ann got pregnant, does that mean he fathered Malik at around age 14? I guess he could be younger than ten in that photo, but not by much. I wonder if Malik’s DOB has been verified?

IMO, Obama Sr. looks older than 24 in those airport photos. I don’t know if we have a verifying source for his age either.
Also, I don’t know what the coming of age traditions are in the Luo Tribe. Maybe the boys take a wife upon reaching puberty. ::shrugs::
Also do we even know what calendar Kenya or the tribal subsets go by? The Luo is Islamic. Islam has their own calendar. Or did they go by the British calendar since Kenya was governed by them?
I don’t know how the Islamic calendar calculates their years.
I have cited an Obama spokesman who ‘stands by’ the birth certificate. He should be the one challenged/asked on your questions.
Asking for more info is valid, but I’m not convinced by the “They are not telling us what we want so that means its a fake” line of reasoning. There are valid reasons for them not to share that publicly and still have a legit BC.

Cal, IF that picture was taken in 1960-61 there is NO way Malik could have been a 10 year old coming to help his father, since Malik was born in 1959. He would have only been 1-2 years old at that time.

I agree that the airport pics decor is in line with the pics being taken pre-1962. I am still questioning the boy being Malik though due to the apparent age.

Devil’s advocate here - the other thing is they were supposed to have been married in Maui so the “wedding pic” could be taken in the Honolulu Airport b/c they were catching a flight there and not Kenya.

Also some general advice -- One: don't assume anybody else is doing the work to track this down, that is unless they post the results. If no results made public, the default assumption is better made to be it's not getting done.
Two: Don't be afraid of some trap by Obama. Deal with the facts as they are on the table. Let the truth be your ONLY protector.

It's been my experience that agencies always discuss the details of on-going investigations with any munchkin who asks...
As I stated in a previous post, that filing date is not a smoking gun. My own birth was such and such a day and the filing date was 14 days later. That would all depend on when all the information got to the vital statistics office. Mail usually takes several days. They would then put the date they received it as the filing date.

He must have claimed correctly, as Ayers went to high school almost 15 years prior to Barack Obama in Chicago (I think) and is much older.
