BROWN DEER - The Wisconsin Democratic Party has retracted a public accusation by party officials Tuesday night claiming fraud during the recall elections. The following is the word-for-word statement by spokesman Graeme Zielinski caught on camera by TODAY'S TMJ4, claiming that Waukesha County Clerk Kathy Nickolaus "(who) has shown gross incompetence, and maybe more in the Supreme Court election, is at it again."
