Tourists in Yellowstone National Park are being evacuated and all of the entrance gates are closed, rangers said. Roads in the northern part of the park and all entrance gates are shutting down Monday, June 13, after “unprecedented amounts of rainfall” caused rockslides and mudslides, the National Park Service said. All entrances will stay closed through at least Wednesday, June 15, the National Park Service said. “All entrances to Yellowstone National Park CLOSED temporarily due to heavy flooding, rockslides, extremely hazardous conditions,” officials said.
