Supreme Court Chief Justice Roberts indefinitely blocked a court order requiring the return of alleged MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia by midnight tonight. Earlier Monday, President Trump asked the US Supreme Court to intervene and grant an emergency stay of the judge’s order to return alleged MS-13 gang member Abrego Garcia to the United States.
