There is a reason for all the Capitol Hill endorsements coming out at the moment. I didn't want to publish what my S. Representative Bennie Thompson, the Democratic chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee, filed a federal lawsuit against former President Donald Trump for his alleged role in inciting a riot at the Capitol on January 6th.
