Using the Bing search engine, I attempted to download the RNC website (https://www.gop.com) on my desktop computer for and received the following message: "The requested URL was rejected. Access Forbidden" Then I tried the same with the Google Chrome browser and got the same message. Next I used both browsers to see if could could access the DNC website (https://democrats.org) and, lo and behold, both search engines had no problem downloading this website to my computer. What's is going on here?

The use of ivermectin to treat COVID-19 is an ongoing debate. The central conflict is that while many doctors have reported success in using ivermectin, some studies published in major journals suggest it is in fact ineffective.(eloresnorwood/Shutterstock)Even as the FDA recently has been removing misinformation it posted about ivermectin, the agency has maintained its original position regarding its effectiveness, namely that there isn’t evidence.People who trust ivermectin claim the studies showing ineffectiveness are fraudulent, while people who are skeptical of its use for treating COVID-19 view it as an anti-science conspiracy theory. As a professional with decades of research experience conducting...

During a fundraiser on Monday evening, former Vice President Joe Biden reference James Bond and the use of "smart guns" as a means of achieving gun control in the United States. “If I get elected president of the United States of America with your help, if that happens, guns, we have the capacity now in a James Bond-style to make sure no one can pull a trigger unless their DNA and fingerprint is on it," Biden said, according to the Washington Examiner. "We have that capacity to do it now. You know it." "But what happens? The gun manufacturers, when...

U2 frontman Bono brought his star power to Capitol Hill on Tuesday as he called on members of Congress to take swift action to deal with the global refugee crisis and violent extremism. Before a Senate subcommittee, one of Bono's suggestions was to use comedy to fight extremist groups. "It's like, you speak violence, you speak their language. But you laugh at them when they are goose-stepping down the street and it takes away their power," he said. "So I am suggesting that the Senate send in Amy Schumer and Chris Rock and Sacha Baron Cohen, thank you."
  • When You Condemn One Black Man as a ‘Thug’ You Condemn Us All

A divergence in African American culture has made it easy for people to categorize "good" and "bad" blacks separately—and that's a huge problem My parents sent me to an all-white elementary school when I was 4. I speak and think differently than them because of it. This is a small, common tragedy of black life that we don’t talk about: the best way for me to find success in my own country was to be immersed in a culture entirely different from my parents’ and adopt it as my own. But that experience taught me lessons that I now find...

Ever go to a posted story only to find out you had to create an account to read their babblings? Well, www.bugmenot.com was a clever site that posted usernames and passwords if you typed in the name of the news site. Seems they did not renew their domain name. Are there other comparable sites out there?
