Conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh announced this week that he’s toying with the idea of organizing a "women’s summit" to find out why more women don’t appreciate his patented point of view. Limbaugh, who ruffled feathers recently when he said he hopes President Obama fails, was spurred by a Public Policy poll showing that only 37 percent of women — compared to 56 percent of men — have a favorable opinion of the shock jock.
