Leading Democrat strategist, MSNBC political analyst, and columnist for "The Hill", Karen Finney, was perplexed, dismayed and disappointed that GOP presidential candidate, Rick Santorum, had carried the women's vote in the last two primaries in the southern states of Mississippi and Alabama.
