    A New York man is accused of biting off his friend’s ear and spitting it out on Interstate 95 during an argument. Spotsylvania County dispatchers received calls at 8:02 a.m. Thursday from drivers on I-95 stating that a man was running in and out of traffic near the 121 mile marker and had blood running down his shoulder.
