SAN FRANCISCO -- A University of San Francisco professor and former dean of the School of Education has agreed to plead guilty to possessing more than 15,000 pictures of child pornography, including many depicting sadistic or masochistic content, federal prosecutors said today. William Garner, 66, has also agreed to a sentence of five years and three months in federal prison, a $12,500 fine and a $50,000 payment to a child abuse prevention center, prosecutors said.
