VIRGINIA BEACH Police have arrested two people in an attempted robbery and assault at a wig store. On May 17, a man and woman with a toddler entered the Ace’s Beauty and Wig Supply at 3972 Holland Road, police said. The woman then tried to shoplift a $75 wig. When an employee tried to stop her, the woman pushed her into a display case. Another employee tried to intervene, but was assaulted by the male, according to a news release from police.
