Former Pennsylvania State University president Graham B. Spanier is again asking a judge to dismiss charges against him regarding the alleged cover-up stemming from the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse case, this time alleging misconduct by the prosecutor in the case. MONTREAL -- Swingers clubs will spring up across Canada because of a judge ruling their activities are not necessarily illegal, the head of a swingers group said yesterday. Municipal court Judge Denis Boisvert found five people guilty of swinging-related offences, but decided "contemporary Canadian society tolerates swinging and swingers clubs if the sexual acts take place in private." Jean Hamel, president of the 8,000-member Quebec Swingers Association, said Boisvert's ruling will have national significance. "I don't think more clubs will open in Quebec but I think it will open doors for other places in Canada, like Toronto." Judge Boisvert found...

Traditional Values Coalition Opinion Editorial For Publication On Or After Wednesday, June 26, 2002 Spanier Administration Evangelizes For Deviant Sex At Penn State By Rev. Louis P. Sheldon Chairman, Traditional Values Coalition Washington, DC – The Penn State administration of President Graham Spanier is continuing a crusade in support of sexually deviant behavior.    The Spanier administration’s most recent outrage has been its tepid response to the appearance of Patrick Califa Rice at a radical feminist health fair on campus this past March. Rice is a female-to-male transgender who has written approvingly of adult/child sex and has been a vocal...
