    The Assembly got off to a contentious start today as it began debating the guv's budget repair bill and both sides continued to bicker over an attempt by Republicans to force a quick vote on the legislation. It was a much quieter day initially in the Senate, where Dems again failed to show up for debate. But tensions ramped up in a committee exec over legislation to require voters to show an ID at the polls. Sen. Mary Lazich refused to allow Sen. Jon Erpenbach to vote via phone in committee accusing him of unethical behavior.
