<p>WASHINGTON (CNN ) -- Bush administration officials did not authorize the use of federal funds to help Texas Rangers look for state Democrats who walked out of the Texas Capitol last month over a redistricting dispute, and no Bush officials were involved in that search, the White House press secretary said Monday.</p>
