October 03, 2007 (Computerworld) A federal court judge has certified a class-action lawsuit against Target Corp. filed by the National Federation of the Blind (NFB). Judge Marilyn Patel, of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, certified the case as a class action on behalf of blind Internet users throughout the U.S. under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), according to court documents.
