It's called the largest single experiment in getting kids more active in Snohomish County. The Gear Up & Go program involves handing out nearly 7,000 watch-sized electronic devices to fifth-graders at 15 school districts throughout the county. The London based Saudi paper Al Hayat wrote with reference to a political source in Baghdad that a series of top meetings between Amercian and Iraq officials in several Arab and European cities.The newspapers souce informed that Iraq agreed upon all American conditions both regarding disarmament issues, and the issues to set up the coalition government and to have Saddam Hussein as the 'non-ruling President.'The newspaper also wrote that negoiations slowed down at three points.First of all, Iraq rejected the idea to deploy American army bases on its territory.
