Source: HSI Walter Martinez, a 37-year-old El Salvadorian national, was sentenced to 42 months in federal prison on Tuesday for illegal re-entry into the United States. Martinez has previously served time in U.S. jail for assault as well as felony charges of sexual misconduct with a minor.
