    Efficient government? Is this guy joking? His "budget cuts" are minuscule. Look at this video and it will put it all in perspective for you. His $17 billion in "cuts" amount to 1/2 of 1% of his reported $3.4 trillion budget. So it's about 50 measly cents for every $100 of spending. Big friggin' deal. It's equivalent to a drop of spittle.
