NewsChannel 11 is learning about memorial services for fallen Lubbock soldier Andrew Velez. Andrew's body arrived in Dover, Delaware Thursday afternoon. The 22-year-old was killed in Afghanistan on Tuesday. Andrew's father, Roy Velez tells us they don't have a specific day set for the service, but he expects it will be sometime next week.
