There's only one thing worse than grief and that's discouragement. I've been dismayed to see my fellow MAGA patriots slipping into discouragement this week courtesy of the Devil's own Mainstream Media. Hey, you! Snap out of it! There is a proposal by the congressman from Tyler, TX, that would give Americans a break from federal income and social security taxes for the first two months of 2009. Of course, I support any tax cut. However, there are a few things to think about here: 1. If two months without income taxes is a good thing, then why not 3 months, or 6 months, or a whole year...get the picture? 2. It is evident that we the GOP turned our backs on President Bush. Keep in mind he successfully defied all odds and won two elections. We turned our backs against the core values and conservatism to reach out to libs and independents... this is what we get for throwing our own under the bus. Just some food for thought.
