Kosovo independence petition started -The petitioning is being done throughout Macedonia, Albania and Kosovo, and is planned on being submitted to the US congress. It looks as if Texas redistricting will pass. We will find ourselves in US District 31 (Rep. John Carter's District). I'm looking for others that know about him and his views. Grade him because I have a friend that was considering a run for the US House but may be undecided now. Thanks
