A Cartoon Network writer has sent out an odd tweet using the hashtag #plannedparenthood. TWEET ON LINK Kelsey Abbott, whose Twitter page says she writes for Uncle Grandpa on Cartoon Network, tweeted this, “If I ever accidentally have a baby, I’m gonna dress it in a dog costume so hopefully my dog will raise it. #plannedparenthood” According to the Cartoon Network, Uncle Grandpa is everyone on Earth’s magical uncle AND grandpa, who travels around helping people and changing their lives forever.
