Videos recorded by cameras in two Buffalo Grove squad cars show a U-Haul truck near the end of a wild police chase two years ago, veering from side to side in traffic and racing around street corners before a crash that killed a suburban teenager and injured two others.

There were some tense moments at a U-Haul facility in Tempe on Friday. A 14-foot truck was returned to the company's Priest Drive location around 3 p.m. When a manager opened it up, he spotted some items he thought looked suspicious. Two D.C. residents have pleaded guilty in federal court in the District to organizing a scam using stolen credit-card information to pay fines owed to the D.C. Department of Motor Vehicles. LaDonna Gray, 27, and Lonnell Duckett, 36, both of Southeast, admitted to an arrangement to pay fines in exchange for cash. Gray pleaded guilty on Monday, and Duckett pleaded guilty yesterday. Employees at the dealer in San Rafael, Calif. say the sign is there to protect customers. The sign reads "Please do not hire illegal laborers. MIAMI -- The area around the U-Haul has been cordoned off. Miami Police have evacuated the Graham Building and the Metro Justice building in Miami after witnesses reported seeing an unidentified person run away from a U-Haul truck.
