Police find spiked baseball bats throughout San Francisco San Francisco Police are asking for help leading to those chaining up spiked baseball bats to poles throughout the city. San Francisco Police Sgt. Michael Andraychak says officers first received reports of wooden or metal baseball bats appearing on poles and parking meters in the city on Thanksgiving morning. Andraychak says 27 bats with spikes running through them have been found since then. The latest discovery was Friday in the Fishermen's Wharf area. Breitbart has done an INVESTIGATION and has found that the rape charges that Lena Dunham hurled against an Oberlin college Republican named "Barry" are completely unsubstantiated. There was a "Barry" at Oberlin who fits some, but not all, of Dunham's description but he is definitely not the rapist. Democratic congressional candidate Stephanie Studebaker is removing her name from the ballot after being charged with domestic violence, according to a statement posted Tuesday evening on her campaign Web site. Studebaker and her husband, Sam, were booked Sunday morning into the Montgomery County jail after police answered calls about a fight in their home.
