Congress notified that CIA inspector general has received allegations from fund-raiser Imaad Zuberi, including targeting of U.S. lawmakers and misuse of news organization for spy operation. Imaad Zuberi, a major Democratic fundraiser facing 12 years in prison, has filed an extraordinary complaint with the CIA's chief watchdog alleging he witnessed "flagrant problems, abuses, violations of law" while working as an asset for U.S. intelligence, according to documents and interviews. Zuberi, of Los Angeles, recently hired the CIA's retired acting general counsel Robert J. Eatinger Jr. to review his case and help to appeal his conviction on a plea deal with...

First of all, congrats to Donald Trump on the approaching anniversary of his inauguration. I thought it would be nice if we cranked up the Wayback machine and looked back at that day- January 20, 2017. Some of us will remember how warmly the new President was received. In case you were wondering, those were good riots. They were peaceful riots. They were protesting a Republican and that made them acceptable. And let's recall how the press received the new President, not half an hour after he was inaugurated. It began immediately and it never stopped. Hillary Clinton said Trump...

Protesters set fires and hurled bricks in a daylong assault on the city hosting Donald Trump’s inauguration, registering their rage against the new president in a series of clashes that led to more than 200 arrests. Police used pepper spray and stun grenades to prevent the chaos from spilling into Trump’s formal procession and evening balls. Several spirited demonstrations unfolded peacefully at various security checkpoints near the Capitol as police helped ticket-holders get through to the inaugural ceremony. Signs read, “Resist Trump Climate Justice Now,” ″Let Freedom Ring” and “Free Palestine.”

Federal surveillance laws put in place after Nixon were supposed to protect U.S. citizens. The Obama administration used them to spy on political opponents. The drip-drip-drip of newly declassified documents related to the Trump-Russia investigation, together with recent reports that a classified leak against former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn might not have come from an unmasking request, leaves little doubt that the Obama administration weaponized federal surveillance laws to target Trump associates and undermine the incoming administration. The story thus far is complex, but it reveals a disturbing abuse of power by the Obama administration that suggests congressional reform of...

VIDEO Hardly a week goes by without seeing her face. The Trump Inauguration Screamer. But what do we know about her. I did some research and found out that her name is Jessica Starr but since the inauguration, despite being the most famous face of that event other than Trump himself, she seems to have disappeared from the face of the planet. Hopefully the Inauguration Screamer will make an encore performance next year at the second Trump Inauguration. However, I recommend she bring a tip jar with her so she can at least make a few bucks off her...

Obama administration Director of National Intelligence James Clapper held a meeting in his last days in office to discuss the idea of going to a Supreme Court justice to block President Donald Trump’s inauguration, according to a high-level member of the intelligence community who spoke with a Big League Politics source.Clapper discussed blocking the inauguration on the grounds that Trump was an illegitimate president due to alleged Russian interference in the election, according to the sources. Romanian hackers allegedly took control of about two-thirds of the D.C. police department’s outdoor security cameras during a four-day period one week before President Trump’s inauguration. The city’s Metropolitan Police Department informed the Secret Service on Jan. 12 about an issue using a remote desktop application, leading to discovery of a large infection affecting computers connected to the cameras. “Further investigation and analysis revealed that approximately 123 of the MPDC’s 187 outdoor surveillance cameras had been accessed and compromised,” according to an affidavit by U.S. Secret Service special agent James Graham.

The Department of Justice has requested information on visitors to a website used to organize protests against President Trump, the Los Angeles-based Dreamhost said in a blog post published on Monday. Dreamhost, a web hosting provider, said that it has been working with the Department of Justice for several months on the request, which believes goes too far under the Constitution. DreamHost claimed that the complying with the request from the Justice Department would amount to handing over roughly 1.3 million visitor IP addresses to the government, in addition to contact information, email content and photos of thousands of visitors...

“Obviously a lot of people who don’t like Jews had a tough time seeing a Jew stand up proudly before the world." He continued: “Bless all of our allies around the world who share our beliefs, ‘By the rivers of Babylon, we wept as we remember Zion... If I forget you, O Jerusalem, may my right hand forget its skill.’” (Psalm 137) His participation in the ceremony was questioned and opposed in a change.org petition posted by a Los Angeles businesswoman, Myra Stark. The petition read: “Hier is the head of the Simon Wiesenthal Center, named for the heroic Nazi-hunter,...

President Donald Trump is hanging up some new art in the White House press area - and it's none too subtle. The panoramic photo shows the crowds gathered near the U.S. Capitol for Trump's inauguration on Friday. It's a nod to the ongoing interest the president has in making it clear that his event was well-attended.

To start of his first week in office, Donald Trump spent the morning signing executive orders, one of which was reversing a pro-abortion policy from the Obama Administration. The “Mexico City†policy, more commonly called the “Global Gag†policy by the left, bans federal funds from being given to organizations who pay for or promote abortions overseas. It was originally enacted by Ronald Reagan in 1984 and was rescinded in 2009 by President Obama. Now eight years later, President Trump has reinstated the policy, and some liberal journalists’ displeasure with the news came across in their reporting and their...

The mainstream media lost no time in attempting to undermine President Donald Trump, as opposed to actually reporting information. After eight years of kowtowing to Obama, they have suddenly discovered a civic responsibility to hold the government accountable. But they are focusing on minutiae, and in some cases actually telling lies, both of omission and commission. That risks alienating the public even further — making it harder, actually, for the media to act as watchdogs.

Your humble correspondent featured some really hilarious viral liberal meltdown videos in the wake of President Trump's election victory in November. Of course, one also expected great things of the same group following Donald Trump's inauguration yesterday and they did not disappoint. However, mixed with the hilarious comes also the pathetically sad in the form of anarchists smashing windows and destroying property as a form of violent protest.

Sometimes even the most illustrious words can bury the beauty and the deep meaning of a glorious moment—we will attempt to refrain from burying what may have been the most stirring Presidential inauguration in America’s history with too many words. The crowds across the mall were superbly self-controlled and respectful, all standing as a cross section of America’s best.

I read the daily office for my morning devotions. Today's Old Testament reading is Isaiah 45:18-45. The reason it struck me is that the whole chapter begins with these words-- "Thus says the LORD to His anointed, to CYRUS, whose right hand I have grasped, to subdue nations before him and to loose the belts of kings, to open doors before him that gates may not be closed" The actual text of the reading, addressed to Cyrus is: 18For thus says the LORD, who created the heavens (he is God!), who formed the earth and made it (he established it;...
