Retired attorney Kurt Richard Haskell conjectured on the Paris attacks on Sunday during an interview from Costa Rica with 1776 Channel, which can neither confirm nor readily dismiss his theories. “The Muslims being used in these plots are being trained overseas by undercover CIA pretending to be Al Qaeda/ ISIS. I think all of them were trained that way. They think they are in terrorist training camps when they are instead being trained to be patsies.” -Kurt Haskell during interview with 1776 Channel Haskell ran for U.S. Congress in 2012 as a Democrat in Michigan’s 7th District where he received...

Billionaire investor Mark Cuban has some advice for the Republican Party: Drop the social issues. "If I was going to give guidance to the Republican Party, ... I'd say, 'Stay completely out of social issues," Cuban said Tuesday morning on CNBC's "Squawk Box." The "Shark Tank" star and Dallas Mavericks owner said this would allow the GOP to communicate a strong message on the economy. "If you stay out of social issues, then the conversation from that side will only be about economics, and business, and growing business, and ideas," he said. "It should be easy!" Cuban also said he...

Earlier today, Alex Griswold told you about Wendy Davis doubling down on her campaign-imploding “Look at the cripple” ad. Or tripling down, or quadrupling down, or however many times it’s been at this point. She told Andrea Mitchell that the ad was “fair.” Oh, and Abbott is “working to kick that ladder down.” Well said, Wendy. But believe it or not, Mitchell said something even dumber. At about the 1:00 mark in the above video, she emitted this brainfart:.....

I’m not sure how many of you remember Naomi Wolf, author of the once widely touted book The Beauty Myth more than twenty years ago. Thinking back, the last time I recall hearing much about her was during the 2000 election cycle. (She worked for Gore.) But apparently she’s still out and about, staying active in public policy and sharing her various opinions on social media. And some of her most recent theories are certainly… interesting. Author and former Democratic political consultant Naomi Wolf published a series of Facebook posts on Saturday in which she questioned the veracity of...

In an interview with Money and Markets podcaster Charles Goyette posted a week ago, former Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX) discussed some of the undisclosed information by the U.S. government surrounding the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. In that discussion, Paul argued the U.S. government may have had a hint something along the lines the 9/11 attacks could occur, but had gone out of its way after the fact to cover up its knowledge.“I believe that if we ever get the full truth, we’ll find out that our government had it in the records exactly what the plans were, or at least...

Returning to The View seven years after departing in an angry, liberal tirade, Rosie O'Donnell sat down with Barbara Walters and some of her former colleagues on Friday. Updating everyone on life since the show, she revealed that Parker, her now 18-year-old son, will be attending the Citadel. The 9/11 truther snapped, "...How do you annoy your left-wing liberal pacifist mother? You become a big military man." [See video below. MP3 audio here.] O'Donnell admitted she interrogated her son as to why he made such a decision and he responded, "Only in America, mom, could somebody like you who came from...

Is Seahawks coach Pete Carroll a 9/11 truther? That all depends: Does badgering a former four-star general about whether 9/11 was real make one a truther? Here's what happened, according to a couple sources: Late last spring, retired general Peter Chiarelli, who had just finished his term as the Army's vice chief of staff, visited Carroll at the Seattle Seahawks headquarters. Chiarelli was expecting a pleasant meeting. After all, the pair had what important businesspeople tend to call synergies: Chiarelli—who grew up in Seattle—is a big Seahawks fan. His post-military work concerns traumatic brain injury research, a cause of some...

Former Minnesota Gov. Jesse Ventura couldn't enumerate just how a Navy SEAL sniper's book defamed him, but he said he'd had a hard time finding work since the book came out. He also said his main complaint about it -- that the late Chris Kyle's tale that he decked Ventura for badmouthing SEALs was untrue -- left him worrying if people think he's a traitor. "Every day of my life, I walk around looking over my shoulder now, wondering who believes that and who doesn't," Ventura said in response to a question from Kyle's lawyer, John Borger.

No, he wasn’t, as the New York Times eventually made clear. But the point of a political fundraiser is to tell the audience what it wants to hear in exchange for cash, so here’s Biden earning some money for Ed Markey in Boston last night: “This man was elected president of the United States of America,” Biden said according to the pool report. “No, no, no. He was elected president of the United States of America. But for the good of the nation, when the bad decision in my view was made, he did the right thing for the nation.”...

In trying to understand how so many Americans adore people like Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, Sarah Palin and Rush Limbaugh I have come to this critical understanding: Poorly educated, terribly informed, intellectually deficient and downright stupid people need idols. They feel angry, frustrated, ignored, cheated and disillusioned by so much going on in American society. They find the emotional, political and philosophical rants by talk show, loud mouth celebrities matching and justifying their feelings. Of course, those celebrities work hard to fan the flames of all that unhappiness and discontent, and also perpetuate ignorance. They sell stupidity to gullible dummies,...

Dang, this interview is good! The Pauls's are interviwed together on CNN and discuss their desire to fix the gridlock in Washington. They are not dummies by any stretch of the imagination. Ron: "The mechanism is broken because it's financially broke.....once the government gets as much debt as we have, the liquidation of debt always happens, you can't avoid it.....and it will be liquidated by paying back money that doesn't have as much value". Rand: "The voters are asking how are we going to spend a trillion dollars on healthcare and not add anything to the debt?....Show me the government...
