A Southern California pot farmer is suing Riverside County for what he characterizes as an illegal law enforcement raid on his property. The farmer, Preston McCormick, is alleging that deputies with the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office ransacked his business and left 75 pizza boxes behind following the operation last year.
