To the right of the word Quizulous on your Safari toolbar of your Macbook, you'll see a downward pointing arrow. Click and hold that arrow, and a drop-down menu will show up. Way to the bottom is a sentence saying something like, click here if you want to delete the Quizulous toolbar. Click that, and Yay! the Quizulous toolbar is gone at last!

I'm using IE8, and after a recent Windows update, the thumbnails (Google toolbar) that used to appear when I opened a new tab, no longer appear. Is there a setting I need to look for? Anyone else experiencing the same thing?

I just installed Office XP Pro. I've searched for the toolbar to put on my desktop and can't locate it. I've already tried Programs > Microsoft Office Tools, and found nothing. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yahoo Inc. on Thursday launched a beta release of a toolbar for Mozilla Firefox, a sign of the increasing popularity of the open-source web browser. The Sunnyvale, Calif., portal giant is providing Firefox users with a version of the toolbar Yahoo currently provides for Microsoft Corp.'s Internet Explorer. The purpose of the software, which is installed under the browser's address bar, is to give people one-click access to Yahoo services. A number of recent phishing sites blocked by the Netcraft Toolbar community have had a common technique of using JavaScript to create a narrow popup window, which is then placed on top of the Address bar. A fake URL is entered into the popup, using the same default font as the real address bar. The script continually checks the location of the browser window and moves the popup accordingly, ensuring that it is always placed on top of the Address bar, thus obscuring the real URL of the phishing site. I rebuilt my desktop yesterday (long story, don't ask), and lost a toolbar that I actually LIKE! and can't find it again. Ok, it's a MSIE toolbar plugin; it has a randomize (?) button, then 3 rating buttons (bad, good, and great). You fill out a preference sheet, and it bounces you to sites that you are interested in... and it worked well! Anybody have any idea what it is? I found it from slashdot yesterday AM.. and can't find it again. :-( Thanks
