Arsonists went on the attack in Berlin again on Tuesday night, burning a series of expensive cars for a second night in a row, this time hitting at least 15. Police said they were doing everything they could to stop the attacks, which have become a regular feature of life in the capital. Investigators believe there may be a political motive to them.
