Cops this evening arrested an Occupy Wall Street protester for allegedly threatening to throw Molotov cocktails at Macy’s tomorrow during the group’s city-wide demonstration. “On the 17th, we going to burn New York City to the f-cking ground,” Nkrumah Tinsley, 29, shouted Tuesday amongst a crowd of his fellow demonstrators, cops said. Tinsley was also quoted making a similar quote in today’s Metro newspaper. “In a few days they’re going to see what a Molotov cocktail can do to Macy’s,” Tinsley also allegedly vowed, according to a video posted on YouTube. “They got guns! The National Rifle Association has endorsed New Mexico congressional candidate Ed Tinsley. Tinsley is vying for the seat being vacated by Congressman Steve Pearce, who is running for the U.S. Senate. The Republican candidate is running against Hobbs businessman Harry Teague. The National Rifle Association awarded Tinsley an A rating, which means the candidate is solidly pro-gun. The A rating is usually reserved for incumbents. Teague received an A-Q rating, which means his rating is based solely on a questionnaire. ANCHORAGE, Alaska -- Elmendorf's commander will be honored later this week in a memorial service on base. Brig. Gen. Thomas Tinsley was found dead in his home Sunday night. Tinsley died of what appears to be a self inflicted gunshot wound to the chest, according to Air Force officials. They say no note was found. Representatives of the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology will make a final ruling on the cause of death. A memorial service for the brigadier general will be held 2 p.m. Thursday at hangar one. The service will be open to the public.
