The Justice Department has charged a Homeland Security Investigations special agent in Minnesota with producing child pornography. Special Agent Timothy Ryan Gregg, 51, who is also a task force officer with the FBI, was charged Wednesday with the production of child pornography, according to Acting U.S. Attorney for the District of Minnesota Joseph H. Thompson, according to local TV station KSTP.
