The White House has finally confirmed that the US will assist Ukraine with ATACMs launches deep into Russia - according to Sputnik. Indeed, there have been a number of attacks on Kursk using ATACMs this week. So, the Oreshnik warning fell on deaf ears and Russia has already begun to retaliate by destroying stocks of these missiles along with large numbers of NATO personnel (see Russian Missile/Drone Attacks below).
