Woman Guilty, Told Pit Bull to Attack A woman found guilty of ordering her pit-bull terrier to attack another dog owner received a five-year sentence. A Fulton County jury found 40-year-old Tanya Tucker guilty on one count of aggravated assault for the attack, which happened on October 6, 1998, at her apartment complex.
