    ANCHORAGE, Alaska—The honorary cat mayor of Talkeetna continues to claw his way to recovery Tuesday after being attacked by a dog."Mayor" Stubbs, a cat, was jokingly given the title shortly after his birth in 1997. The title eventually led to stardom after Channel 2 shared the story in 2012.     ANCHORAGE, Alaska -- The Alaska Earthquake Information Center says a moderate quake with a preliminary magnitude of 4.3 has been felt in Anchorage. The quake was recorded Tuesday at 6:03 p.m. local time. No damage has been reported. The temblor was centered 45 miles east-northeast of Talkeetna in central Alaska at a depth of about 26 miles. Talkeetna is about 85 miles north of Anchorage.
