Police arrested a North Liberty man Sunday after he allegedly chased and threatened his neighbors with a sword while nude. Curtis Donald Rarick, 44, of 245 S. Front St., was charged with assault while displaying a dangerous weapon, an aggravated misdemeanor punishable by up to two years in prison and a $5,000 fine upon conviction. According to police: Officers were called to a residence on Front Street for reports of an altercation.
