Beginning in 2017, the intel officer who worked on the House Intelligence Committee repeatedly told the FBI that Schiff authorized leaking classified information to destroy Trump during the Russiagate hoax. The whistleblower said Democrat Rep. Eric Swalwell was likely the source of the classified leaks.
