The US Senate on Thursday voted to advance Emil Bove’s confirmation to the Florida-based Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Toxin RINOs Murkowski (Alaska) and Collins (Maine) voted against invoking cloture. Collins said on MSNBC on Tuesday that Emil Bove “would not serve as an impartial jurist” based on his work to ferret out corrupt prosecutors while serving as acting Deputy Attorney General. The Senate broke the filibuster so they will have 30 hours of debate. Emil Bove can be confirmed as soon as Monday.

The Democrat and RINO effort to blow up Trump’s global tariffs suffered an embarrassing failure in the Senate this evening after two senators failed to vote. As The Gateway Pundit reported, Senator Rand Paul (RINO-KY) had sponsored a resolution that would have terminated ALL of Trump’s tariffs, including those on America’s top adversary, China. The vote deadlocked 49-49, meaning it failed by one vote. But there were three Republicans who voted to stab Trump in the back and end the global tariffs: Rand Paul of Kentucky Susan Collins of Maine Lisa Murkowski of Alaska Senators Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) and Senator...

Establishment Republican senators believe President Donald Trump is saving taxpayer money “too fast” while “rashly” purging rogue and corrupt bureaucrats. The senators requested Trump slow down on fulfilling his campaign promises of cutting waste, fraud, and abuse, as well as gutting the “deep state.” The administration is moving “too fast,” Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) told Axios about Trump’s campaign promises. Collins, an ally of Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY), claimed the president is “making mistakes” and would be happy with “a more surgical approach” that does not “violate restrictions that are in current law.” “Before making cuts rashly, the administration should...

Senator Susan Collins (RINO-ME) may derail Tulsi Gabbard’s confirmation as Director of National Intelligence. Trump’s DNI nominee Tulsi Gabbard is set to appear in front of the Senate Intel Committee on January 30 for a hearing. Gabbard cannot have even one defector on the Senate Intel Committee since the vote is split along partly line 9-8. Senator Collins, a member of the very powerful Senate Intel Committee, told The Hill that she has many concerns about Tulsi Gabbard’s stance on Section 702 of the FISA which gives government permission to spy on ‘foreign’ targets without a warrant.

WASHINGTON—Two centrist Republican senators said they opposed the nomination of President Trump’s defense-secretary pick, Pete Hegseth, injecting new drama into what was expected to be a nail-biter of a vote Friday. In a statement Thursday, Republican Sen. Lisa Murkowski of Alaska said Hegseth’s “nomination to the role poses significant concerns that I cannot overlook,” pointing to worries about his character and his lack of experience running large organizations, as well as his past opposition to women serving in combat roles in the military. “I cannot in good conscience support his nomination,” she said. Sen. Susan Collins (R., Maine) followed with...

The New Yorker’s Jane Mayer, whose history of lying puts serial liars to shame, has now been called out by Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) for lying in the latest feckless attack against Pete Hegseth, incoming President Trump’s nominee for Secretary of Defense. The same Jane Mayer who vigorously defended serial-butt-grabber and disgraced former Sen. Al Franken (D-MN) by smearing one of his alleged victims, has launched her own personal jihad against Hegseth by way of the *stretch* usual-usual unnamed sources *yawn* the fake media have been using against Republicans for decades. From where I sit, the hysterical Mayer is on...

Collins told Axios that the Senate’s constitutional “advice and consent” duty for Trump’s appointees “means a background check, it means extensive committee investigations and questionnaires and public hearings.” The moderate GOP senator also said that she would be against Trump making recess appointments asserting it would be a way to “avoid and evade the Senate’s constitutional duty to do advice and consent

Several GOP senators have not endorsed Trump — and likely won't before the election. Some of them voted to impeach Trump after January 6 and have sworn him off entirely. Others are keeping their vote private or have specific reasons for withholding a formal endorsement.

This is a really feel good video of a young couple in Russia. They get a gift from a kind American lady and watching them open it is a joy. I have been following them for a while and they are just average people. I have no financial interest in this, just sharing a light moment.

Holocaust survivors say Obama betrayed them to side with insurance companies. A group of Holocaust survivors has plans to protest against Barack Obama as he makes an appearance in Miami Beach this coming Friday. The Holocaust survivors also have Democrat Senator Bill Nelson in their sights at the same time, as Obama will be in town to attend a fundraiser for the senator. The Holocaust survivors assert that both Obama and Nelson betrayed them by siding with insurance companies who failed to pay them their entitled money from life insurance policies their families took out just before World War II....
