STILLWATER, Okla. -Multiple schools in Oklahoma are affected by a cybersecurity breach that threatens to release data of teachers and students across the state. The online learning system Canvas is down for schools and universities nationwide. The University of Oklahoma sent out an automated email to students addressing the ongoing Canvas incident. In part, the statement reads: “The University of Oklahoma is aware of a cybersecurity incident involving Canvas, operated by Instructure.
